The KV 2 Halwara Alumni Association is registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is authorized to conduct activities according to its approved regulations and Bye-Laws.

Members include ex-students, ex-teachers and current teachers passed out of or associated with KV2HAA in any capacity.

No, they can be eligible to join the Alumni only after they pass out through KV 2 Halwara.

No, there is no geographical restriction. Members can be located anywhere in India or abroad and can get registered through online.

No, there are no age or gender restrictions.

To become a member, you need to apply your registration through online and submit:
– A passport-sized photograph (digital copy/link to upload).
– Identity proof document
– Non-refundable one-time admission fees of Rs. 300 and annual subscription of Rs. 100
– P roof of passing out through KV 2 Halwara (TC/Marksheet/Xth or XII Certificate/Reference of any Alumni)

Once you become a member, the life membership fee is non-refundable.

Yes, it is advisable to inform the association about a member’s demise through any of the family member so that condolences can be expressed, and records are also updated.

Members gain access social media group to connect with classmates, friends, and professionals in their fields of interest. They can network, participate in alumni meet and activities and enjoy a sense of community. Members’ families are also welcome to join activities and network with other families as ad when it gets organized.

Anyone can contribute or donate to KV2HAA, including members, non-members, and the general public, as long as the donations are for the association’s objectives.

No, donations and contributions are voluntary. Paying the membership fee and providing the necessary documents is sufficient for membership.

Yes, all donations and contributions are used strictly for their intended purpose. The association’s accounts are audited by approved auditors, and the operations are overseen by the elected council/committee.
